1. Explore customer service concepts and techniques for managing front-line service providers and promoting business growth.
2. Outline the Cycles of Service™ for your organization so that you can develop standards for each step in the cycle.
3. Clarify expectations for staff that must occur to deliver excellent service.
Faculty
Certified Speaking Professional, Ruby Newell-Legner is considered one of the leading experts in customer satisfaction in the world today. Her clients range from sports and entertainment venues to the Burj Al Arab, frequently referred to as the only seven star hotel in the world located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. She trained the guest relations staff for the 2007 Super Bowl, the 2008 US Open for Tennis and the 2010 Olympic Venues in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Most importantly – she understands the medical fitness business. For more than 25 years, Ruby worked as an aquatics professional and facility manager. In the last 15 years, she has presented over 1900 training programs in 11 countries. During this teleconference she will share insights that can help managers build their business through exceptional customer service.
