Since it is common for diastasis recti (separation of the outermost abdominal muscles) to go undiagnosed by the physician, patients may out seek out medical treatment for the musculoskeletal or neuromuscular effects of a diastasis recti. Attendees will learn how to correctly check a diastasis for size and condition.
