All attendees will be able to identify what are the causes of osteoporosis, the extent of the problem within the US and internationally, risks of developing osteoporosis, traditional strategies in dealing with osteoporosis and how a new fitness focused program supported by peer reviewed research studies has resulted in stabilization or reversal of DEXA scores (bone density measures) in 73% of the adult population who have participated in five different studies.
Understanding the physiology of bone and bone health is only the beginning. All attendees will understand how the exercise focused program is presented to members of MFA facilities and community non members, how the program is operated, how individuals around the country in small facilities, large facilities and clinical facilities where only 150 square foot investment results in $100,000 net revenue annually. All attendees need to know how to run the program as much as what will happen to the bone physiologically.
All attendees will receive examples of marketing materials, program financials to use for their own program planning and will have opportunities to speak with operators of programs. MFA facilities can be more than just medical fitness centers – they can actually be operators of fitness programs that result in medical benefit.
