Ken Baldwin, Assistant Professor at the State University of New York, Certified Posture Specialist, and Executive Director of National Posture Institute will be hosting an educational webinar on July 19, 2012 at 12:00 pm EST. The webinar is titled "Designing Resistance Training Programs to Correct Posture" will go in-depth to show you the anatomy, biomechanics and physiology of a given exercise movement, how typical exercise movements for major muscle groups are commonly performed incorrectly, and how to correct each movement based on your clients/patients ability and current postural status.

In this webinar, Professor Baldwin will:

  • discuss how exercise movements for the major muscle group are typically performed and taught incorrectly
  • teach you how resistance training movements should be performed biomechanically correct to enhance posture and active muscle structures properly
  • provide insight into the best ways to educate your clients/patients in correct exercise performance
