This webinar will look at several factors impacting non-dues revenue; from recruiting for these positions, specialized programming, member education, employee retention and supervision.


Kathy is the Lifestyle Enhancement Director. She manages the personal training, massage therapy and sports specific training staffs. Kathy is a certified and licensed Athletic Trainer, a certified Personal Trainer, a USA Triathlon level I coach and a Wellcoach certified Health and Wellness Coach. She received her Bachelors and Masters degrees from UNC- Chapel Hill, both in Sports Medicine. Carolina, Duke and Wake Forest athletes were in Kathy’s care as an athletic trainer. This experience gives her a strong orthopedic and rehabilitation background. She likes to help clients create a wellness vision for themselves, develop strategies to fit exercise into their schedules and to help them enjoy fitness as part of their healthy lifestyle. Kathy co-directs the UNC Wellness Performance Center, offering VO2 testing, CompuTrainer spin scans, gait analysis and Swim stroke analysis. In her spare time, Kathy enjoys rock climbing, strength training, competing in triathlons and traveling with her husband.
