· Learn about the process to develop a physician based referral turn-key template for implementation of an exercise prescription referral program.

About Elizabeth 

Elizabeth Glenn-Bottari has over 35 years of experience in health care, rehabilitative care, medical fitness and wellness industry. A solid background in creating, managing, marketing and delivering high quality and leading edge innovative health related services and products in the inpatient and outpatient health care arena including traumatic brain injury, spinal and neurological rehabilitation, physical and sports rehabilitation, cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation, diabetes education, holistic and alternative medicine services, occupational health, employee health management, integrated medical fitness centers and retail medicine segments of the industry. Elizabeth currently serves as Vice President for Integrative Health, St. Joseph Health.

About Larisa

Larisa Stephenson is a Kinesiologist, Exercise Physiologist & Certified Personal Trainer. Larisa graduated with an MS degree in Kinesiology/Movement Sciences from the University of IL at Chicago in 2004, and a BS degree in Exercise Science & Fitness Management from Concordia University Chicago in 2002. She has worked as a Student Athletic Trainer at Concordia, Physical Therapy Aide and Performance Enhancement Specialist in Chicago and worked as Master Trainer, Exercise Physiologist & Kinesiologist at Northwestern University. She is currently working as Kinesiologist, Exercise Physiologist & Certified Personal Trainer in Napa, California. Larissa specializes in post-rehab, diseases & illnesses, sport-specific training, functional training and Employee Wellness Assessments.
