"Organizational Excellence"
Presented by Art Slowinski, MS
Thursday, March 14, 1:00pm EST

Objective 1: Learn how to implement a structured quality focused plan to help measure and drive business practices.

Objective 2: Learn about Galter's path of change management that helped them align behaviors to outcomes and in turn satisfy many of the Quality Standards of the Medical Fitness Association Facility Certification Process.

Objective 3: Learn how to implement organizational best practices lead by passionate teams to enhance service by focusing on engaging employees and being the Employer of Choice.

Having a systematic method in place to deliver service excellence and get the whole TEAM involved is sometimes easier said than done. Most facility directors use a trial and error system or experiential methodology with inconsistent results. Borrowing industry best practices from other service sectors, corporate business strategies, and state quality award criteria to develop your organization can lead to a more systematic approach to better member and staff satisfaction. This journey can take years, but having the right sequence proven from industry best practices can help directors and mangers assemble the right plan, people, training and consistent behaviors to carry out their vision to be a world class facility. Share Galter, LifeCenter’s journey as they ensure their sustainability in their community.
