Movement is vital to complete simple yet effective daily tasks. With little thought we repeat these necessary physical skills over and over. This presentation will provide insight how to improve and progress participants in a medical fitness environment. This requires a better understanding how to instruct core strength and breathing necessary in every movement we perform and essential to initiate all movements.

Movement is vital to complete simple yet effective daily tasks.  
With little thought we repeat these necessary physical skills over and over.  
Sometimes dysfunction will occur because of a compensating movement pattern.  
Understanding how Posture, Core and Breathing establish an important role to prevent dysfunction.  

This presentation will provide insight how to improve and progress participants in a medical fitness environment. 

This requires a better understanding how to instruct core strength and breathing necessary in every movement we perform and essential to initiate all movements that have specific qualities necessary to perform the ideal motor skill sequence.
