This webinar looks at all the changes that take place as we move into our midlife.  
To help our clients and patients get healthy and be truly well, it is important that we look not only at nutrition and exercise but also hormones, genetics, and how we deal with life's stresses. We need to network with other professionals to help our clients and patients flourish.  



                                                     

1.  Re identify the variety of physical problems that begin to manifest in midlife
2.  Understand the role that stress and hormone changes play in our health in middle age
3.  Recognize the importance of the belief system and how it relates to our wellness
4.  Help clients work on optimism ans positive thinking for optimal wellness
