Metabolic Efficiency Testing: Part 1 of 2

Learning Objectives:

1. Become familiarized with equipment needed for testing.

2. Develop a knowledge base of data generated through testing and how it reveals exercise and nutrition habits.

3. Understand the difference between metabolic testing for exercise/fitness enthusiasts, endurance athletes, and competitive athletes of all levels.

Brief Summary:
This webinar is part one of a two part series. The second part will take place on Wednesday, August 10th at 12pm EST. Please click here to register for the second part. The first webinar will prepare the audience on how to test accurately and utilize the results they generate. The attendees will be able to develop and understand the populations which could potentially benefit from the data generated.
