Webinar Series: Part 3 – A Diastasis Safe Workout

Once closed, a diastasis recti (a separation of the abdominal muscles) can open up again by doing improper exercises.

This webinar will teach professionals how to do a “diastasis safe” workout and how to incorporate the Tupler Technique® program into any exercise routine or sporting activity so that all the “power” comes from the abdominal muscles.

Speaker: Julie Tupler, RN – Julie is a Registered Nurse, Certified Childbirth Educator and Certified Personal Trainer. She developed the Maternal Fitness® Program in 1990 and for over 20 years has been teaching and developing the Tupler Technique® Program for treatment of diastasis recti for women, men and children.

This is the third and final installment of this Webinar Series on Diastasis Recti.
