What is Ergonomics? Ergonomics is the scientific study of human bodies’ capabilities and limitations in relation to demands in different work settings. Since many of your clients/patients face daily physical stresses on their body alignment while sitting, standing, and moving when at work; you can learn strategies to prevent the most common injuries. Ergonomic analysis of your client’s workplace and fitness program design is an essential assessment/fitness programming tool for the new age fitness professional. If you have clients that are physicians/dentists, musicians, office workers, laborers, students and even athletes; you will learn ways in which to keep them safe at work and home.
