In today’s competitive environment, marketing a medically integrated fitness center is more important than ever before. This webinar will provide insights into the critical success factors for marketing, including the importance of defining and differentiating your "product” in the market, listening to the "voice of the customer,” identifying and targeting your customer base, developing a formal marketing plan, utilizing an integrated approach to marketing communications, leveraging existing center members as a key marketing strategy, and creating a culture in which marketing is every employee’s job at the center. The program will also focus on how to measure the effectiveness and return on investment (ROI) of center marketing.


Brian Griffin, Director of Marketing, Power Wellness Management

Brian received a bachelor’s degree in radio and television news from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale. He began his career as a radio news anchor and reporter for 7 years at stations in the Chicago metro area. He later worked in the hospital industry for 18 years in marketing, public relations and communications management positions. Brian joined Power Wellness in 2011, where he leads marketing, public relations, and internal and external communications. He has been a longtime member of the American Hospital Association’s Society for Healthcare Strategy and Market Development and is a member of the Direct Marketing Association. He also serves in Men’s Ministries at Lord of Life Lutheran Church in La Fox, Illinois.

Peg Bravo, Vice President of Operations / Medical Integration, Power Wellness Management

Peg received an undergraduate degree in nursing from University of Detroit Mercy and has worked in a hospital setting for 24 years; in Emergency and Critical Care nursing; serving for 20 years in management positions. After completing a Master Degree in Organizational Management, she joined the Power Wellness team as an executive director in 2001; and is presently Vice President of Operations, overseeing multi-center operations and medical integration for Power Wellness. She is a past member of American Nurses Association (ANA), Michigan Nurses Association (MNA) and American Association of Critical Care Nurses (AACN). Peg is a member of the Preventive Cardiovascular Nurses Association (PCNA) and Medical Fitness Association (MFA). She has lectured at AACN and MFA conferences. She is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support. She served as President of the Chelsea Education Foundation Board and is presently on the Board of Trustees for St. Joseph’s Chelsea Community Hospital and the United Methodist Retirement Communities in Michigan.
