Travel Pass Program
Is your facility enrolled in our Travel Pass Program?
Now you can offer your facility members who travel the opportunity to exercise at other MFA member facilities, wherever they may go, through the MFA Travel Pass Program.
This program can be used as a great tool for your facility, demonstrating your center’s commitment to making a healthy lifestyle easier for all of our members.
If you are interested in participating please take a moment, read the guidelines and fill out the form below. Once it is completed, a member of the Medical Fitness Association team will contact you.
Guidelines
- Your facility MUST have a current Medical Fitness Association membership to participate. If you are not sure of your membership status, please contact Mariann Murphy at mariann.murphy@medicalfitness.org for more information.
- Each participating facility determines their own terms for incoming guests. Most facilities offer a complimentary first visit/week or a $5–$10 fee per visit for Medical Fitness Association members.
- The first commitment of each participating center is, of course, to its own members. Please honor that commitment and be a courteous guest. Call prior to your visit to inquire about these conditions before you visit.
- Your home center must be at least 50 miles from the center you are visiting.
*The Travel Pass Program is not to be used for temporary or dual membership privileges.
