Annual Facility Re-Certification 

MFA Certified Facilities must pay a re-certification fee and submit documentation of standards and operations evidence each year to maintain their active certification status. The annual document submission, which is an abbreviated set of items to submit, should be much less time-consuming than the full set needed for site visits.  The annual fee and submission of  documentation is due by the end of the month of the anniversary month of certification.
