Exercise Oncology Instructor Certification
The Exercise Oncology Instructor (EOI) certification is for those with a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or a related field (or in your final semester) and you must be Adult CPR & AED certified. This certification will equip the exercise professional to work with individuals who are in active treatment for their cancer diagnosis. The certification package includes all study materials, textbook and access to take the Exercise Oncology Instructor exam.

Cancer Fit Trainer Certification
The Maple Tree Cancer Alliance has partnered with Livestrong to offer the Cancer Fit Trainer certification for those who have a high school diploma or equivalent; are Adult CPR & AED certified and have a NASM, ISAA, or ACE approved personal trainer certification. This certification will qualify you to work with cancer survivors post-treatment and in long-term follow-up care.
