Emotional Intelligence Basics
Emotional Intelligence, AKA Situational Awareness, is a combination of exploration into several areas using self-choice as tools or techniques proven to improve ability to see, feel and react in the best possible ways. EQ does not ask that we become robotic emotionless creatures. Rather, it asks us to understand our triggers and how best to react. Further, research tells us that those who spend time understanding their own emotions become more adept at recognizing the emotions of others. |
