This webinar focuses on Aquatic operations and outlines the pros and cons of equipment and chemical selection as it relates to member experience regarding water and air quality and therefore revenue. Equipment selection can also impact the financial health of the Wellness facility in terms of potential cost saving regarding labor hours required to manage pool related equipment and chemistry balance. It also assists in understanding how to navigate chlorine price increases and shortages that have become more prevalent in recent years. From the facility standpoint, it addresses some common pain points experienced by operators and how to overcome these.

Learning Objectives

  1. Provide solutions for aquatic staff training during these times of unprecedented staff turnovers with the objective of keeping the aquatic center running smoothly and remaining open with few or no pool closures.
  2. Pros and cons of various chemical treatment choices for aquatic operations, including risks, maintenance challenges, health related factors and costs. The objective is to provide the attendee with enough information about pools and disinfection choices to make informed decisions or recommendations for the members and management.
  3. Learn about the latest technology as it relates to commercial swimming environments and pump rooms. This is important for future equipment selection recommendations to management.
