Webinar: Mindfulness for Medical Fitness Personnel
As a medical fitness professional, stress and anxiety are inevitable, however, how we mitigate the effects is not. If we rely on a non-holistic approach in how we train and respond to our own well-being, we lessen the likelihood of maximizing job satisfaction and jeopardize the level of care we provide to our clients.
Mindfulness training has been scientifically proven to be an effective method for managing and mitigating the effects of stress.
Additionally, mindfulness has been shown to:
1. Increase resilience.
2. Increase compassion.
3. Promote better decision making.
4. Increase focus.
5. Increase objectivity.
6. Increase flexibility/strength, and
7. Improve performance at work and at home.
Mindfulness is not the answer to all the problems confronting today’s medical fitness professionals, but it is certainly a viable option for mitigating the stress and trauma that they deal with on a daily basis.

- Have a better understanding of mindfulness and how it can improve your overall quality of life (mentally, physically and spiritually).
