Ageism in physical activity programming perpetuates harmful stereotypes and limits older adults' potential. This session empowers exercise professionals to overcome these biases by creating inclusive programs that celebrate aging and prioritize individual abilities. Attendees will learn how to identify ageist practices, replace them with inclusive alternatives, and create movement environments where older adults feel seen, respected, and empowered. By focusing on individual needs, professionals can improve resident satisfaction, retention, and overall health outcomes.

Learning Objectives:
1. Learn how to dismantle ageist stereotypes in physical activity settings.
2. Develop inclusive language and marketing strategies that attract and resonate with older adults.
3. Redesign program offerings to prioritize accessibility, adaptability, and the unique goals of older clients.
