The Medical Fitness Leadership Institute course, developed by the Medical Fitness Association, focuses on a variety of topics directly related to the operational success of medical fitness centers and the development of industry leaders for this growing field.

The course is geared to the medical fitness model and medically integrated facilities. The primary focus is on the development of managers and directors either new to the medical fitness industry, or those who are preparing to take on leadership roles for the first time.

We are holding our Medical Fitness Leadership Institute virtually this year! We are hoping this will increase access to this valuable business training for those currently in a management position and those who aspire to a management position.

The Medical Fitness Leadership Institute will be held on September 10-12. We will meet online from 1pm to 3:10pm each day with three sessions and a Q&A with all of the speakers for that day.
